Are you licensed?
Yes. Unrestricted MA Construction Supervisor  & MA HIC

Are you Insured?
Absolutely. We have a comprehensive insurance policy which includes workman’s comp and general liability.

Do you provide a warranty?
D&L Design provides a 1 year labor warranty on all work we perform. You will also receive various manufacturers’ warranties on the products used on your job. 

How do I schedule a consultation?
You can request an appointment through the contact us form, or you can always call our office.

Do you have employees or do you use subcontractors?
D&L Design has its own staff - two in the office for clerical and design and three professional carpenters in the field.  We also use subcontractors that have been with us for years. We only use fully licensed and insured subcontractors.

Do you provide free consultations and budgeting?
D&L Design does provide homeowners with a free consultation where initial budget ranges are provided.

What payment options do you offer?
D&L Design accepts checks and major credit cards (MC/VISA).

How long is a typical consultation?
Each consultation is based on individual need, however, our typical consultations will last about 1 – 2   hours. This allows us time to thoroughly discuss your project with you and answer any questions you may have.
